Walk the RT or other customer representative through the process of pressing the white button on the transmitter and holding it in for 2-3 seconds. Confirm on TeamViewer, and with the client, that the transmitter is no longer flashing in the Room Status panel, and reflects the current status reported by the customer – either connected or disconnected to a ventilator.
